High-priority material is quarantined promptly while trained reviewers assess it. The system records reporter submission, timestamps, evidence references, reviewer actions, reason codes and final disposition.
Ordinary copyright/privacy/policy complaints use separate queues. Affected account holders may appeal eligible decisions. Appeals are reviewed by a person not responsible for the original decision where practicable.
Nothing in this policy requires notifying an uploader when notice would be unlawful, unsafe or compromise an investigation.
