Checkout must clearly display amount, currency, taxes where applicable, billing frequency, renewal terms and what access is purchased.
Users can cancel future subscription renewal through account controls. Cancellation does not erase statutory rights. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, duplicate/unauthorized charges, service failure and the nature of digital content already supplied. The Platform will not use this policy to waive non-waivable consumer rights.
Chargebacks and refunds must reverse ledger entries through auditable compensating transactions; financial history must never be silently edited.
