Before publication, every identifiable performer must have a record tying the performer to the specific content asset.
Minimum record: legal identity verification result; date-of-birth/adult verification result; performer identifier; content/scene identifier; date of consent; scope of consent; distribution/monetization authorization; confirmation consent was voluntary; creator attestation; record provenance; revocation/dispute status; audit timestamps.
Consent records are confidential compliance records, never public profile data. A consent dispute immediately freezes publication of affected content while reviewed. The Platform must maintain a documented process for withdrawal requests while recognizing that applicable law, completed transactions, evidentiary duties and contractual rights may affect the legal result.
No content can be published merely because a creator checks a box.
