Eligibility and accurate accounts
Applicants must be adults in their jurisdiction, provide accurate account and application information, control their account, and complete the required private human-verification process. Approval as a CREATOR is discretionary and does not guarantee monetization, payouts, publication, traffic or income.
Rights, performers and records
For every submission, the creator must own or control all necessary rights and maintain accurate age, identity, authorization and consent records for every identifiable participant. Consent must cover the acts depicted, recording, publication, distribution and applicable commercial uses. Required records must be supplied when lawfully requested and retained only under the approved records policy.
Prohibited content
Creators may not submit content involving minors or suspected minors, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, hidden-camera or voyeuristic material, prohibited impersonation, illegal material, or material submitted without required rights. The Content & Safety Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Review and enforcement
Uploads remain private while processing, safety screening, rights review and human moderation are incomplete. The Platform may quarantine, reject, remove or restrict content; suspend or terminate creator access; preserve evidence where required; and refer matters when legally required. Creators must immediately report suspected minors, consent disputes, exploitation, stolen content or compromised accounts.
Copyright and removal
Creators must respond truthfully to rights complaints. Valid copyright, privacy, consent or safety complaints may result in restriction or removal, and critical removals may produce a non-media fingerprint used to help prevent reupload.
Future monetization
Creator status and monetization status are separate. Monetization is OFF by default and can be activated only after required compliance review and approved payment, KYC and payout providers are configured. No current application promises earnings. Future fees, reserves, taxes, payout cadence, refunds and chargeback treatment require a separately approved rate schedule and commercial terms.
Privacy and security
Private verification material is not public-profile content. Access is restricted and audited. Retention duration remains LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED; material must not be kept indefinitely without an approved schedule or deleted where law requires preservation.
Launch blocker: operating entity, jurisdiction provisions, records schedule, commercial terms and qualified-counsel approval remain required.
