Zero-tolerance categories
Content involving a minor or suspected minor is prohibited. Non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercion, hidden-camera or voyeuristic material, illegal sexual material, prohibited impersonation or deceptive identity content, and content submitted without every required right and authorization are prohibited. Uncertain age or consent is treated as a safety failure, not approval.
Private-by-default publication gate
New creator uploads remain private through processing, safety screening, rights review and mandatory human moderation. Scanner failure, unavailable automation or an ambiguous result cannot publish content. Creator and participant age, identity, consent and rights requirements must be complete before approval.
Critical reports and evidence
Reports involving a minor or suspected minor, non-consensual material, exploitation or trafficking receive critical priority and may immediately quarantine platform content pending human review. Authorized reviewers may preserve the minimum necessary evidence under legal hold. Private report details and compliance media are restricted and audited.
Rights and reupload controls
Copyright and ownership complaints enter rights review. A cryptographic fingerprint may identify duplicate or critically removed media without retaining an additional copy. A match is escalated and cannot auto-publish.
Human decisions and appeals
Automated tools may assist but do not make final legal determinations. Authorized human reviewers may approve, reject, escalate, remove or maintain restrictions. Dismissal of a report does not automatically republish content. Appeals are available where the applicable process permits.
Enforcement
Measures may include warning, quarantine, removal, demonetization, payout hold, suspension, termination and legally required reporting. Records retention, reporting obligations and jurisdiction-specific language remain LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before launch.
